Year 6 G: The girl who silenced the world for 5 minutes
The girl was taking about saving people who are don't have homes and how they are sharing what ever find even if they don't have food or water but the UN people who have everything don't share there food and water. The girl wants to make the future better she wants to make the world a better place. Me as a diyafite student will do everything in my power to help the needy till I make the world a safe and better place I will not rest till the world is a place where kids can go outside without any danger children should eat food so they would live there lifes.
The speech was wonderful and it is true about what she said,we all go back in time then see how the world, filled with rain forests with animals, birds and insects. Now in the future everything is being destroyed and once destroyed it is extinct forever . I thank this girl for opening my eyes and every single person's eyes who has heard this speech. As a diyafite I can help in whatever way I can to make this world a better place for generations to come. Year 6 G: The girl who silenced the world for 5 minutes My view of the topic and summary of what was spoken: In my opinion whatever the girl said was wonderful and we should take actions but, though at this time we might say are going to take some actions, what about tomorrow? Our resources are getting used up like the paper architects use to design buildings or our medicine prescriptions. The girl also told about the animals and rain forests getting extinct. When I was small my dream was to see the Dodos but in 3rd grade when we were learning about endangered and extinct animals than my teacher said the Dodos were extinct and I was shocked! Also another thing the girl said was that there are children starving all over the world which is very true. Like in Syria recently there was a war, so many people, to save themselves they left their country and went to refugee camps where no food, water, shelter, etc is available. In India I have seen many beggars and poor people in the middle of the road trying to sell balloons ,peanuts, etc. Some poor parents even send their own children to sell things which are bad. So this was my opinion of what was spoken.
What me as a Diyafite is doing:In our school there are community outreach programmes and me as a green leader we did many things like planting seeds and box appeal.
The girl who silenced the world for 5 minutes was spectacular. My view of the topic was that she was trying to tell us that we should not destroy our enviroment.Don't break something if you don't know how to fix it like don't5 kill an animal if you don't know how to give it life As a diyafite we have green leaders who grow plants and we maintain a good enviroment .

Severn Suzuki(the girl who silenced the world for 5 minutes)spoke amazingly well. She has opened my eyes, and now I am determined to save the environment. What she said is right, there are beautiful butterflies and other amazing creatures, but only for now! Who knows that the world will die by the time we have children! We have everything we need, yes, but are we even using it properly? I think it is high time we take a look at what we have done, and see if we can make a difference now.
As a diyafite , I will fight when the matter comes to saving the environment. GO MOTHER EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Sydelle De Souza, 6G
This girl Severn Suzuki who was dauntless and was focused of fighting for the precious and a better future for the generations to come ahead. She also tries to say that as a regular routine (damaging the environment) we should prevent it and know that if we do something wrong or perilous we shall know what can happen and how do we get it back.. I thoroughly agree and feel that the powerful and solemn speech Severn has provided to us should not only be done by a part of people but thought the WORLD.. As a diyafite I feel that anything to be done shall be done UNITED and as a whole school we are taking steps forward to make this world a better place in our own ways for the generations to come ahead. -Dhristi Agarwal 6G
